What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in an agency or integrated marketing environment., Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex integrated campaigns from start to finish, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (creative, digital, PR, paid media, strategy)., Deep financial acumen with hands-on experience developing and managing multi-faceted SOWs, burn reports, staffing plans, and resource allocation., Proficiency with modern project management tools (e. g. , Asana, Smartsheet, Monday. com, etc.)., Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Communications, Marketing, Business).
What You'll Do.
Lead the entire project lifecycle - from brief to delivery - for large-scale
complex integrated campaigns
ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
Develop and manage detailed project SOWs
and resource allocations.
Serve as a key partner in defining project approaches
proactively managing scope creep
and ensuring the right talent is on the job.
Provide strategic oversight for all account financials
including SOW development
budget reconciliation
proactive updates and counsel to internal and external stakeholders.
and communicate accurate project timelines
identifying and escalating risks with proposed solutions to keep high-stakes projects on track.
Serve as the senior integration point for cross-functional teams (Creative
and Account Management) to deliver cohesive
best-in-class solutions.
Actively mentor and develop junior project managers and interns
fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Contribute to the evolution of our project management methodologies and best practices.
