As a **Senior Project Manager** , you will: * Lead the **successful delivery of capital projects** from construction through to completion * Provide strong **project management leadership and technical expertise** across complex programmes * Partner closely with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes * Oversee **design** , **execution and closure phases** in line with Watercare’s Project Management Framework * Contribute to feasibility and design phases, ensuring buildability, safety, and value are embedded early * Champion **health, safety and wellbeing** , ensuring safe delivery across all sites * Lead and mentor Project Managers, building capability within the Capital Delivery team * Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business-wide performance initiatives This is a fantastic opportunity to lead projects that are critical to Auckland’s infrastructure and future growth. **Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you** You’re a seasoned project leader with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading high-performing teams.
