What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience, demonstrable track record of delivering Data, Analytics, or AI/ML solutions end-to-end, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, Proven delivery experience across at least two of the following verticals: Automotive, Agriculture, Manufacturing, working knowledge of modern data and AI technologies, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), data pipelines, MLOps, foundational familiarity with generative AI and LLM-based solutions, Hands-on experience leading Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery teams, distributed and offshore squads, Excellent stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen: budget ownership, vendor management, SOW shaping, and change control, Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive outcomes, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree or MBA, PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist (SA), Cloud certification -Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 or higher), AWS (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect), Google Cloud (Digital Leader or Professional), Data/AI-specific credentials, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer / Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, PMI Generative AI Overview / PMI Certified Professional in AI, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), ITIL Foundation
