Why You’re Here As a Senior Project Manager, you will play an influential role in overseeing complex design and construction projects, building strong client relationships, and mentoring project teams. With a focus on high-quality, client-focused project delivery, you will help shape and elevate our standards for excellence and innovation. What you’re responsible for Lead large-scale, complex projects from initial planning through close-out, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations at every phase. Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships. You’ll be proactive in understanding client needs and tailoring project strategies to exceed expectations. Manage and coordinate all project aspects, from budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to risk management and compliance.
