Help us define what is possible for our nation and for your career. **Your Role** We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex upgrade activities across the MQ‑4C Triton program, based at Edinburgh, Adelaide. This role is about turning system change into reality. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑ to high‑complexity projects that introduce upgrades across aircraft, ground systems and Defence networks. You will be balancing cost, schedule, risk and operational impact while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned. The challenge isn’t planning in isolation; it’s integrating change into a live operational environment without disrupting mission outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** In this role, you will: * Lead and deliver multiple concurrent upgrade projects, owning scope, cost, schedule, risk and quality * Plan, manage and integrate system changes across air, ground and Defence network environments * Balance operational schedules and integration timelines, making informed trade‑offs when priorities collide * Engage and influence a broad stakeholder group including Defence, engineering, networks, suppliers and internal program teams * Establish and maintain strong project governance, reporting rhythms and decision forums * Identify emerging risks and dependencies early, resolving issues before they become delivery blockers * Lead integrated project teams and drive accountability for outcomes, not just act
