What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently authorized to work in Belgium without the need for visa sponsorship, 8-10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing, Demonstrated experience in leading projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, Proven track record to lead cross-functional teams, Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of ISO 7, Working knowledge of ISO 8, Practical knowledge of C&Q, Practical knowledge of validation process in regulated environments, Previous experience with manufacturing brownfield projects, Familiar with Front-End Loading Best Practices, LEED AP certification
