Required to attend client site weekly, going forward on a hybrid basis

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 15 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector, Experience of operating on site, Tangible experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards, Track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated, Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, Managing a significant multidisciplinary team across multiple concurrent projects, Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure project outputs that meet required standards, Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC suite of contracts, Knowledge of Engineering and Project Management Principles

Nice to Have

relevant aviation and/or other related projects of a similar size and complexity, influencing the improvement of process and guidance to support project delivery, communication and interpersonal skills

What You'll Do.

Manage a group of projects

Deliver projects safely on time

Oversee and monitor project delivery

Develop the Project Execution Plan

Engage with and manage project relationships

Manage the performance of a team

Oversee day to day activities

Develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan

Provide technical and contractual support

Report on the performance of projects

Lead the coordination of the project

Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker

Work with the technical teams

Organise the appropriate design review meetings

Communicate design changes

Report monthly on tasks

Maintain the overall project risk register

Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures

Monitor and apply performance management techniques

Manage the change control process

Manage the flow of project information

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

liaising with the relevant team members and functions; Engage with and manage the project relationships; Manage the performance of a team of Project Managers; Work with the Programme Director; Work with the technical teams; communicating design changes to relevant members of the project team and stakeholders; Work with the Programme Director to address any issues
