What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12 years progressive experience, Construction project management experience, OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification required or attainable
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, Deep knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices, Experience with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts, Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes, Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional learning and leadership development, Proven leadership capability, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, Visible commitment to safety, quality, and ethical construction practices, High level of initiative, accountability, and professional maturity, Ability to manage multiple large projects and teams simultaneously
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage assigned clients and construction projects
Provide senior leadership to project teams
Serve as the primary client liaison
Develop and implement comprehensive Project Execution Plans
Monitor project budgets
and financial reports
and proactively mitigate project risks
Lead procurement strategies for large or complex projects
Chair project meetings and deliver progress updates
Champion and enforce jobsite safety programs
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance
Mentor and develop project team members
Foster relationships with clients
Produce all elements of a project execution plan
Establish project staffing plan
Establish financial forecasting requirements
Implement purchasing elements affecting large projects
Prepare and maintain cash flow projections and reports
Plan and execute interactive scheduling sessions
Assume overall direction for adherence accountability for jobsite
