What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably managing application development or system migration projects, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse project teams
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification, Agile certification (e. g. , Scrum Master) or proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent, Experience managing projects related to ERP (SAP) or CRM systems

Develop detailed project plans
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on-time
Manage changes to project scope
Measure project performance
Report and escalate to management

Create and maintain project documentation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies
