7+ years of project or program management experience (in a complex, fast-paced environment), Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level initiatives with measurable impact, stakeholder management and executive communication skills, Ability to lead meetings in English with large audiences, including VP-level stakeholders, Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, 2+ years of experience supporting business systems validation UATs, or related QAusiness operations activities in a cross-functional environment., understanding of how technology supports business operations, including business applications, reporting systems, databases, and operational platforms., Ability to translate business and customer needs into effective solutions by prioritizing requirements and applying industry best practices across financial services and technology., analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in testing business processes and system workflows., This position requires minimal supervision and is expected to operate independently, exercising a high level of decision-making

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale

cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure

Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
