What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years of project management experience within creative, digital, and or integrated agency environments, at least 3 years in a senior or lead role overseeing retail, digital, or social campaigns, Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel projects from concept through execution, significant experience in client-facing roles and cross-discipline team leadership, grasp of agency workflow and campaign lifecycle, familiarity in adapting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to fit creative and production processes, Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike, Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring, Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication, reporting, and relationship-building, Experience mentoring and managing direct reports, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture, Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in support of digital and social campaign delivery, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Experience managing automotive accounts is a plus, Spanish proficiency, Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2, Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams
