What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management within Martech, Fintech, E-commerce, or related industries, Native or professional fluency in Thai, English communication skills, Experience managing projects across CRM, data, and marketing technology ecosystems, Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Understanding of delivery methodologies, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language, Calm, solutions-oriented mindset, Ability to operate effectively under pressure, Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams within the SEA region, Organisational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience delivering projects involving Braze, Snowflake, Hightouch, or similar Martech and data platforms, Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer data, or audience activation programmes, Experience working in fast-growth or highly ambiguous environments, Facilitation skills across both client-facing and internal technical discussions
