We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformation projects within a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent stakeholder manager, highly structured, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, data, finance, and external vendors. Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus, as well as relevant PM certifications—but not required. * **Project Planning & Execution** * Lead end-to-end delivery of several projects simultaneously from initiation, planning, execution, UAT, deployment, to stabilization. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, RAID logs, and communication plans. * Ensure all milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Manage and drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Tech, Data, Operations, Finance, and Vendors. * **Stakeholder & Vendor Management** * Engage a large and diverse group of stakeholders; facilitate decision-making, alignment, and conflict resolution. * Act as the primary contact between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. * Prepare and lead Steering meetings and working groups with clear updates, issues, and next steps. * **Requirements & Change Management** * Work with business users to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements and functional flows. * Coordinate with tech teams to review solution design, integration approach, and system feasibility. * Plan and manage change impact, user adoption, training, and communication to ensure smooth rollout. * **Quality Assurance & UAT** * Oversee test planning, UAT execution, and defect management. * Ensure systems meet business requirements, performance standards, and operational readiness. * Manage cutover plan, go-live activities, and hypercare support. * **Governance, Reporting & Documentation** * Track and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials to L
