We are unable to provide sponsorship or assist with visa applications for this role._ **What you will do -** * As Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Business Lead you will become a key part of the Fire Suppression business unit. * Play a key role in developing and scaling a new, high-growth channel for the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression brand. * Lead with a customer-first mindset, combining strong leadership with commercial acumen while holding full commercial and operational responsibility for multiple projects * Take a strategic role in shaping the growth and future direction of the channel * Support the Sales team to deliver growth strategy and secure priority “must-win” contracts * Work closely with technical experts to ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery * Build and lead a team of Project Managers as the business continues to expand. **How you will do it
