What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field, 7-10 years progressive project management experience, Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, Proven experience in client-facing roles, Command of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices, Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification, Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising project management teams, Familiarity with JLL PDS standards, methodologies, and systems, Experience contributing to business development activities, Track record of driving operational improvements and process refinement, Knowledge of corporate workplace environments, Experience working on national account programs
What You'll Do.
Oversee project workflows from kickoff through handover
Manage scope development
Manage punch list activities
Prevent scope creep through disciplined project controls
Coordinate with transaction managers
Lead vendor selection processes
Interface with architects
Travel to job sites to verify performance criteria
Address field issues in real-time
Organize and chair project meetings
Distribute meeting minutes with clear action items
Provide regular status updates and reporting to client
Leverage project management technology and JLL systems
Generate client reports
Maintain comprehensive documentation
Support continuous process improvement
Provide pricing scenarios during scope development
