What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization, Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills, Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources, Experience handling escalations at all levels, A understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required, familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology, Willing to work during US Eastern time every day

Job Summary As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated in a timely manner. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.
