Our mission is "Delivering secure and intelligent digital services that empower organizations" ### Role Description As a **Senior Project Manager** at Innovative Solutions, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. ### Responsibilities * Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure. * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans. * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations. * Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability. * Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. * Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members. **Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, or IT. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder
