4-7 years in project management, program management, operations, or similar roles. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams. Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments. Systems thinker - can hold many threads at once. Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical partners. Highly organized, diligent, and relentless about follow-through. Able to drive momentum without formal authority.

Run weekly planning, standups, and cross-team syncs with purpose and follow-through.
Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, priorities, and decisions.
Ensure documentation, decisions, and next steps are captured and accessible.
Track and support external relationships (partners, licensors, vendors).
Help manage licensing and partnership workflows alongside legal and business leads.
Follow up on commitments and ensure nothing drops between teams.
Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
Help leadership stay focused on decisions rather than chasing execution.
Act as an early warning system when scope, timelines, or resources are misaligned.
