It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. # **Job Purpose** * Lead key strategic, cross-functional innovation and select stewardship initiative projects - such as new product development, packaging changes, new product claims and key process improvements - to drive delivery of business goals. * May lead broader organizational initiatives such as capability building, select governance forums & portfolio support with guidance # # **Key Responsibilities (Deliverables)** **_Scope of Role_** * Proficiency in delivering innovation projects of varying complexity. * Proficiency in delivering assigned priority stewardship (maintenance) initiatives partnering closely with Supply Chain and R&D team members. * For select markets, may be responsible for managing country-level launch details. **_Leadership_** * Role model HALEON culture. * Co-lead efforts to embed PM best practices as part of overall business capability building. * Strong partnership with the Project Accountable Lead, providing confidence and competence necessary to take on the most challenging objectives and drive accountability. * Proficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts
