Located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Program Management Manager.** This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives * Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution * Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs * Own project financials include: * Budget planning and forecasting * Cost tracking and variance analysis * Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects * Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization * Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics * Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations * Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. **The experience we’re looking to add
