The Senior Project Manager is a senior-level project leader responsible for the successful delivery of the company’s largest, most complex, and highest-value electrical construction projects or portfolios. This role operates with full accountability for project performance, including financial outcomes, contract execution, and client satisfaction, while driving strategic execution across multiple stakeholders and project teams. Operating within the Project Team under the Operations function, the Senior Project Manager partners closely with Branch Managers, Project Executives, and field leadership to develop and execute project strategies that ensure operational excellence, margin performance, and client retention. This role serves as a primary point of contact for executive-level client relationships and plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding key accounts. In addition to project delivery, the Senior Project Manager provides mentorship and guidance to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, contributing to the development of project management capabilities across the organization. The role requires a high level of independent judgment, leadership, and business acumen, with the ability to manage complex project demands while influencing broader operational and business outcomes.
