Must Have

PMP certification, additional credentials (LEED, CFM, RICS) a plus
What You'll Do.

Dynamis, Inc. is hiring experienced real estate and facilities professionals to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS), one of the nation's premier federal law enforcement and facility security agencies. Our team provides direct support to FPS's dynamic and mission-critical real estate portfolio spanning approximately 820,000 square feet of office and warehouse space across roughly 180 offices and 280 occupancy agreements nationwide. You'll work alongside FPS leadership and GSA counterparts to optimize the agency's real estate footprint, execute complex space planning and relocation projects, manage occupancy agreements, and advance long-term strategic portfolio goals. This is high-visibility work at the intersection of federal real estate, infrastructure, and homeland security where your expertise shapes how FPS operates, grows, and serves the nation. The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex build-out, reconfiguration, and real estate projects across FPS's 820,000+ square foot portfolio. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across simultaneous projects serving as the primary interface between FPS leadership, GSA, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
