What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP certification, Knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management, Demonstrable expertise in cross-functional team collaboration, Experience in risk management, Experience in problem-solving, Experience in conflict resolution, Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies, Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget
