Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of professional work experience, 4+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing organization, Experience managing project team sizes of 10+ or more, Experience managing mid-scale, complex projects, Experience managing projects with budgets up to $750,000, Experience managing project timelines up to 12 months, Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management software packages, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite products, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, ability to concurrently manage multiple projects & priorities, Demonstrated experience influencing without formal authority, valid passport, US Driver’s License, Ability to travel up to 15%
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Refrigeration industry experience, oil & gas industry experience, statistical and business analysis, people management in a manufacturing organization, Training and significant practical experience in Lean/Six-Sigma tools, variety of project management methodologies, Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, Demonstrated example of taking initiative, solid work ethic, Exceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, ability to interpret business and/or client needs
