The Senior Project Manager will oversee a team consisting potentially of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects. This position will require supervision/influence of the interaction with a customer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Business development activities associated with customers included but not limited to; travel to customer’s place of business or venue, meeting with customer and providing prepared presentation of capabilities, entertaining customers, team building events with customers, recruitment of business, etc. Participate in proposal activities to ensure customer’s expectation will be met and scope of services are complete. This may include pre and post bid meetings and job walks Assigns and coordinates direct reports to various duties as required for project execution and in conjunction with the Director of Project Management Project staffing needs to meet assigned project requirements Ensures a high level of quality to all project deliverables Manages overall project cost, schedule and scope of work Mai
