Nice to Have
Degree in a construction related discipline, Working towards chartered membership, Knowledge and experience of delivery projects for Local and Central Government, Experience in education and residential sectors

Manage project life cycle

Establish stakeholder relationships
Act as Client interface
Manage commercial success of projects
Manage project accounts

Ensure service delivery compliance
Provide guidance to team members
Provide leadership to team members
Provide technical expertise to team members
Mentor junior team members
Coordinate junior team members
Support junior team members' development
Support development of new business opportunities
Identify market opportunities
Support preparation of fee proposals
Support bid submissions
Support senior colleagues on projects
