What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment, Experience in delivery of technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies that support Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models, Familiarity with Project Management concepts, deliverables, and techniques, Demonstrated experience in producing project tracking documentation, Experience in conflict resolution, Process orientation with emphasis on measurement and feedback, Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment, Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams to high performance, Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level, work ethic, commitment and teamwork, Ability to work independently with little supervision, Able to work flexible hours, especially during critical project schedules, Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test, This position is not eligible for sponsorship
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
What You'll Do.
and managing enterprise projects
Organize and facilitate project planning
Host and attend daily stand-up meetings
Participate in sprint reviews
Lead and play an active role in lessons-learned and retrospectives
Active participation and evaluation of sprint and release planning towards delivery of a cohesive project schedule
Participate in demos and other Scrum-related meetings
Conduct routine planning sessions with the Scrum Master
Client Engagement Manger
and Product Owner for alignment on project plan and roadmap
Evaluate sprint/release progress as relative to the project plan
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration
team accountability and visibility
control and close work to meet outlined success criteria
Produces Project Plans
and Deliverables consistent with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Monitor and report on Project Status
Project Milestones and Issues
Prepare estimates of Effort (EOE) and evaluate Estimates to Complete (ETC)
Interfaces with internal Business Analysts
and Management to assess and determine resource requirements and resolve conflicts
Defines standards for Project Management documentation
Supports project team with project deliverables as necessary
Interfaces with Aperia Solutions clients as necessary regarding project status and issues
