8+ years project management experience, Experience managing projects preconstruction through completion, Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, project controls, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, technical documents, Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, consultants, project teams, Stable career progression
Nice to Have
Healthcare construction experience, Design-build project experience, Modular or prefabricated construction experience, Program management or multi-project leadership experience
