Reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will lead large and/or multiple business projects to manage and deliver specified outcomes, lead internal and external teams onsite and offshore to execute to project lifecycle standards. **To do this successfully you will:** * Managing and delivering large scale tactical and strategic projects that span one or multiple lines of business to enable AIA Australia to deliver its business plan * Develop detailed business cases from feasibility, design through to implementation and closure * Develop detailed financial budgeting incorporating resource planning from project plans * Design and develop strategies & processes, in consultation with, stakeholders, team members and business consultants, to support implementation of project * Strong enterprise stakeholder management, ensuring appropriate collaboration, communication and change champion engagement for successful delivery and implementation of project * Plan and manage internal and external project resources to ensure delivery of project outcomes to time * Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously * Lead and manage distributed delivery execution team onsite and offshore * Present status updates, Business Cases, funding/
