It makes a difference! About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive meaningful business impact. This role is responsible for transforming strategic objectives into executable plans, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders to successfully deliver large-scale programs. The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals, technical understanding, business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This person thrives in ambiguous environments, can influence without direct authority, and excels at aligning diverse teams around common goals. What You'll Do Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery and post-launch stabilization. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and execution challenges. Facilitate decision-making by providing clear trade-offs, recommendations, and data-driven insights. Establish governance processes and executive reporting mechanisms. Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across regions, countries, and time zones.
