Develop Interface Management Plan
Identify and manage interfaces
Establish and maintain Interface Register
Act as focal point for interface coordination
Ensure integration of FEED deliverables
Coordinate design interfaces
Verify interface requirements
Monitor EPC contractor interface management
Review contractor interface documents
Facilitate interface meetings
Resolve interface conflicts
Escalate critical issues
Identify and evaluate interface risks
Develop mitigation strategies
Ensure timely resolution of interface issues
Support HAZID/HAZOP reviews
Support constructability reviews
Coordinate interface alignment with schedules
Monitor interface milestones
Highlight potential schedule impacts
Support development of mitigation plans
Liaise with stakeholders
Ensure clear communication of requirements
Prepare interface status reports
Assess and manage changes affecting interfaces
Maintain interface documentation
Ensure documentation compliance

The role ensures seamless integration across multiple disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders, minimizing conflicts and ensuring alignment with Client standards, project schedule, and technical requirements.
