What You'll Do.
Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders
ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures.
Maintain and reconcile invoice registers
Coordinate with Projects Control Team
and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks.
Report any delay / red flags to Manager VAP & Estimation in a weekly basis
Develop and maintain the staffing plan
ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans.
Monitor resource deployment
and demobilization across AOF projects following the approved resource management procedures
Identify resource shortages/excess and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with PMC and internal teams for compliance with diversity
and resource allocation requirements
Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports using Excel
and agentic AI tools (aligned with ongoing need for Dashboard & Reporting roles )
and resource deployment into unified dashboards for leadership visibility.
Improve data quality and ensure structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
Analyze performance trends
forecast manpower needs
and support cost/performance optimization.
Provide early warning alerts for resource constraints

and performance deviations.

Team & Collaboration
