Full Job Description
**Senior Project Engineer – System Simulation (Mechanical)** **Position Overview** Mainly responsible for multi-body dynamics simulation modeling and load mathematical modeling of mechanical systems. Collaborate with other teams to complete system-level integration, including the development and integration of degradation models and control algorithms for key components such as motors, batteries, and inverters. **Main Responsibilities** * Establish multi-body dynamics simulation models for mechanical systems to support product development and design optimization. * Communicate closely with the product team to understand product requirements and develop and refine mathematical models of loads. * Be familiar with one-dimensional degradation models of key subsystems such as motors, batteries, and inverters. * Integrate various models (multi-body dynamics, load, degradation, etc.) at the system level to achieve collaborative simulation and validation of the overall system. * Proficient in using system-level simulation platforms such as Ansys Twin Builder for modeling, and capable of benchmarking, calibrating, and optimizing models against experimental data. * Participate in model development, simulation process standardization, and the preparation of related technical documentation. * Capable of basic or advanced programming (such as Python, C/C++, etc.) to automate and extend the simulation toolchain. * Stay abreast of industry-leading technologies, continuously improve system simulation capabilities, and provide technical support for product innovation. **Requirements** * Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields. * 8+ years of relevant work experience, with expertise in multi-body dynamics modeling and simulation of mechanical systems, and familiarity with mainstream simulation software (such as Ansys Twin Builder, Simscape, etc.). * Strong mathematical modeling skills, capable of develop
