As a Senior Project Engineer, you take technical ownership of development projects within our surgical navigation portfolio. Your drive the development from concept through verification to a certified medical product, working in close collaboration with hardware, software, quality, and external partners. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and project coordination in a regulated medical device environment. Depending on experience level, the scope of responsibility may be adjusted. Junior or mid-level engineers with strong technical fundamentals and high development potential may also be considered and will be supported accordingly. Key responsibilities: * Take technical leadership and contribute to decision-making with targeted creativity and technical expertise * Drive the product requirements engineering process by translating stakeholder input into compliant system, software, and hardware requirements * Define, evaluate, and review technical concepts and architectures across disciplines (systems, software, electronics and mechanics)
