Serve as the key liaison between Otis and main contractors
and site stakeholders—keeping communication clear and momentum
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering
and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage project budgets
and present financial updates to internal stakeholders
Drive the identification
and successful completion of variation works
Verify site dimensions
manage logistics for equipment delivery
and ensure alignment between structural drawings and actual site conditions
Appoint and oversee subcontractors
and third-party partners to deliver project milestones
Monitor factory delivery schedules and manage project documentation
and authority submissions
Lead authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
Own project progress claims
ensuring healthy project cash flow and accurate reporting
