In this role, you'll independently manage civil engineering projects of all sizes, mentor team members, and collaborate both internally and externally to ensure timely progress and accurate reporting. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, shaping strategic direction, offering valuable input, and navigating complex engineering challenges with confidence. **Responsibilities:** * Project Design for Site Development * Grading and Stormwater Plans * Utility Systems for Water and Sewer * Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies * Preparation of Specifications and Cost Estimates * Project Management Assistance: Budgeting, Schedules, Client Care, Invoicing * Design team collaboration and support * Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans * Knowledge of Federal, State, City and County Standards * Preparation of Specifications and Quantity Takeoffs and Cost Estimates **Requirements** * 6+ years of experience in site development, including the design of residential and commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public infrastructure * B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required * AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required * A Pro
