We are looking for a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team member who will serve as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and have a background in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, you will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production! **What you will be doing:** * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators * Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions * Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly. * Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers * Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners * Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points * Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers * Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely * Be willing to work irregular hours as required **What we need to see:** * BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience in project delivery management * Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products * In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment. * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers * Supreme leadership
