Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, 8 years of experience in the construction industry with experience in building construction, Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents, Sound computer skills in MS Excel / Lotus, MS Word, MS Project, communication skills both oral and written, Self-motivated with good organizational skills, Ability to work accurately under pressure, Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines, Ability to work with others as a team

Prepare procurement lists and RFIs
Coordinate civil works with other trades
Liaise with stakeholders
Assist with reporting
Assist with documentation
Assist with as-built submissions
