University Degree in an engineering or construction related field, Minimum 7 years’ work experience in construction / project controls, Expertise in project delivery across multi-discipline projects (e.g., high-tech manufacturing or data centers), Proficiency in project controls, Proficiency in procurement, Proficiency in risk management, Proficiency in running Project Management Offices (PMOs), Knowledge of specific software and methodologies such as Oracle Primavera P6, Knowledge of specific software and methodologies such as e-Builder, Knowledge of specific software and methodologies such as Google suite, Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles at all levels, Good knowledge of project lifecycle, Good knowledge of business case approvals process, Availability for fulltime on-site work, English language skills, German language skills
