What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a similar field, 10 years of experience in Project Controls, managing costs and project schedules for engineering or construction projects that multiple teams within project management systems, Experience using project controls systems including Oracle P6, EcoSys, or another scheduling or cost management tool, 2 years of people management experience including performance management & people development
Nice to Have
Knowledge of finance and accounting processes and terminology, Experience using Ecosys and SAP, Ability to communicate with executives and senior management teams, Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, deal with ambiguity and define the agenda, Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
