Must Have
Proven experience in project controls on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, knowledge of cost, schedule, risk, and change management, Familiarity with NEC contracts and UK construction standards, Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, Proficiency in project controls software (e. g. , Primavera P6, MS Project, cost tools), Strategic thinker with analytical skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management, Adaptable to fast-paced and complex project environments
Nice to Have
Professional qualifications (e. g. , APM, PMI, or similar) are highly desirable, Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement

Establish and manage PMB
Implement EVM systems
Collate and report KPIs
Lead reporting cycles
Ensure accuracy of project review packs
Provide interpretation of project health data

Facilitate change forums
