What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Excellent knowledge and proven hands-on experience of leading project controls functions within large, complex infrastructure or construction projects, Working knowledge of schedule management, cost management and risk management practices, Ability to manage stakeholders and information flow in a matrix environment, Knowledge of transport, energy, major infrastructure, or construction projects (under NEC Forms of Contract), specifically surrounding client and consultancy, Project controls or project management qualification from APM or similar accrediting bodies

Collate KPIs & progress data
Develop and implement performance measurement system
improve and implement change control processes
Chair and/or facilitate project level change forums
Escalate change papers
Coordinate change impact assessments
Lead periodic and ad-hoc reporting
Provide interpretation of data
Support leadership team with specialist advice
Undertake maturity assessment
Manage a Project Controls team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Planning, cost management and risk functions; Deputise for Project Controls lead; Work horizontally across business areas; Work vertically to senior levels of management
