review and manage each O&M Contractor’s operation and maintenance schedules against the Employer’s requirements and objectives
ensuring that each contractor and third party achieves agreed performance targets and key milestones
developing and enforcing scheduling
and reporting procedures
ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational standards
Develop and maintain a Service Delivery Plan for all project control activities
Monitor schedule performance and identify deviations across all project phases
Ensure efficient project management practices within the Consultant’s organization and with external interfaces
Review and manage O&M Contractors’ operation and maintenance schedules
Ensure alignment with the Employer’s objectives and contractual milestones
Track progress and performance against key deliverables

### **Job Description** ## Overview ## The Senior Project Controls Manager, with a minimum of 15 years’ management experience, shall ensure that the project management function operates efficiently across the Consultant’s organization and with external stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Service Delivery Plan covering all activities, including schedule performance and deviation tracking. They shall review and manage each O&M Contractor’s operation and maintenance schedules against the Employer’s requirements and objectives, ensuring that each contractor and third party achieves agreed performance targets and key milestones.
