Guided by integrity, trust, excellence, and accountability, our team helps deliver complex capital programs and build the resilient energy infrastructure that communities depend on. Position Overview We’re seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support one of our client’s large-scale energy efficiency programs. This role focuses on financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting helping ensure transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across a major utility initiative driving statewide energy savings. You’ll collaborate closely with program management, finance, and engineering teams to deliver accurate, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and strong program performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and report on program budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards. - Track actuals vs. forecast, analyze variances, and identify corrective actions. - Prepare monthly spend plans, accruals, and cost summaries for client reporting. - Support KPI tracking, performance metrics, and executive dashboards. - Coordinate with finance, PMO, and engineering teams to validate program expenditures. - Maintain controls documentation and ensures consistency across all program workstreams. - Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen cost control and forecasting discipline. - Support audit and regulatory readiness by maintaining clear documentation of cost and workflow processes.
