Experience leading projects in a cross functional team from initial feasibility evaluations to late-stage development, design, engineering, and construction, Understanding of key project development elements, including real property, permitting, regulatory matters, environmental compliance, interconnection, transmission, and related areas, Knowledge of and familiarity with market dynamics related to major equipment, engineering services, construction services, and labor, understanding of the battery energy storage value proposition and/or the engineering fundamentals of battery energy storage projects, organizational skills and attention to detail, Flexibility and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, Supportive, resourceful, and willing to take on new responsibilities, Persuasive, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills, Creative and independent thinker with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, fast-paced, and geographically dispersed team environment, Proficient in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel, Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent, including Revu Bluebeam
