What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design of architectural projects, Bachelor’s degree, Architectural License or NCARB certification, Proficient in Revit, Proficient in Bluebeam, Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to apply architectural principles to buildings/structures and their components or assemblies, Ability to handle designing and drafting assignments including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections, Self-motivated to meet deadlines and improve process and deliverables, Excellent communication skills, Ability to write reports and specifications
Nice to Have
master’s degree a plus, LEED accreditation preferred
What You'll Do.
Drive project execution
Guide and manage team
Lead research into relevant code
materials and systems
Develop thoughtful technical solutions
Manage delivery of project documentation
Contribute to design excellence
Participate in conceptual design
Provide full support through project life cycle
Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint
Review completed reports
and regulatory submissions
Organize and maintain project record information and drawings
Coordinate with clients
Plan and supervise design and/or technical work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with clients, consultants, team members, and other project contributors; Playing an active role in a collaborative design process; Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Ability to write reports and specifications
Process & Methodology
Drive project execution, Manage the delivery of clear and concise project documentation, Plan and supervise design and/or technical work
