Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience, Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, Significant experience with fund accounting, Significant experience with multi-source grant funding, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Experience preferably in nonprofit or grant-funded environments, Experience with enterprise accounting Workday Financial Management, Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Prepare funder billings
Monitor grant expenditures
Monitor project cash flow
Analyze financial performance
Conduct budget-to-actual analysis
Review multi-funded transactions
Prepare journal entries
Analyze financial activity
Ensure proper cost allocation
Generate financial reports
Assist with audit preparation
Provide guidance on grant management
Identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain working relationships
Participate in ad-hoc analyses
Participate in special projects
