experience within a tertiary education organisation, a understanding of Faculty and University curriculum governance structures, policies, business processes, and systems, demonstrated organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, proven ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with diverse academic and professional stakeholders, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and tailor messages to different audiences, experience preparing high-quality project and governance documentation, including secretariat support and minute-taking, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse information and data to identify issues, risks, trends and practical options, demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment and initiative, unrestricted work rights in Australia

implementation schedules

and operational workflows to support delivery of CE28 Education priorities (CQS

support delivery of CE28 Education priorities through coordinated activity planning

and clear communication of expectations

and manage project plans with clear timelines

governance structures

and risk management approaches to ensure quality outcomes

supporting governance processes and reporting

including preparing agendas

and tracking milestones

and decisions for relevant committees and senior leaders

partnering with Faculty leadership

and academic and professional staff teams to support coordinated delivery across multiple project workstreams

facilitating effective collaboration and information flow

coordinating and preparing high-quality documentation for working groups

and project reporting

working closely with Faculty leaders, teaching teams, and professional staff; working closely with the Associate Dean (Education), Senior Manager, Education Operations and Projects, and Head of Education; partnering with Faculty leadership, and academic and professional staff teams; facilitating effective collaboration and information flow
