Supports and maintains third-party software solutions. Analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements. Identifies, evaluates and recommends new technologies for implementation. # How does this role make an impact? \- Translates user requirements into technical specifications. Documents, designs and codes programs. \- Develops, designs, recommends and implements software solutions to meet business needs. \- Serves as project manager for technology projects, software implementations and systems upgrades. \- Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. \- Diagnoses and resolves software issues. Detects trends and patterns in support requests that indicate a need for code revision. \- Develops and maintains detailed system documentation. Provides various reports as assigned. \- Exercises professional leadership by keeping abreast of current trends, developments, technologies, methodologies and opportunities within field of responsibility. # # Do you have what we're looking for?
