Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database systems Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications and systems Provide technical support and training to end users Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance Ensure data integrity, reliability, and system security Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives Urschel employee-owners design and build industrial cutting equipment for companies worldwide from our corporate headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana, U.S. A.
